we have not been talking about a "list of usergroups"
we talked about more than a list.

well, i have done some articles, tutorials, i even did a book with some
other peoples,
but that is not the point.
We are not talking about just another place for PHP Scripts,
and if you would have read all mails here, you would know.
btw: forget that pay stuff. if i want to get payd i would stop doing stuff
for PHP
and go on working.

Well, let me see
104 People on openprojects right now ( one operator ( a bot)) - no one
writing
192 People on efnet right now (30 ops, 2 of them Bots) - a couple of people
writing
83 People on ircnet #php.de (german) ( 29 ops, no Bots) - more people
writing (it is 09:50 in germany, @ 20:00 you have a lot more people, and a
lot of more active people)

so as far as i can see - the openprojects one is from the existing servers
not the best solution.

well, having only one op ( a bot) while there are over 100 People
cant be a good thing.
Who is protecting that Chan?
Who stops people from Spaming as mentioned before?

Im on IRC for a lot of years now ( i started ircing before efnet and ircnet
where divided.. if you can remember those times)
and i cant believe that this is working.
