Long time ago in 2008 I reported a problem with artifacts when resizing pic=

Today I have the same problem on a website=2C same problem exactly : If I r=
esize a picture to a size which is not a multiple of the original size I ha=
ve artifacts on the white background.
Did you had time to take a look to this problem or can you explain why it h=
appen ?
