looking for php-solution for advertisements

hi,

am looking for a php-solution for advertisements for our website. Some
members of our football-club are asking me, if I have or knows about
such a little program. It should be also possible, that someone can
upload little pictures on it.
Doeas anybody know such a little program ? Have took a look on various
phorum-programs. It's in the near of about, but have not found one with
the ability to upload pictures.
