anybody using phpMyAdmin ?

hi,
is anybody using phpMyAdmin ? have a question about $stduser in
config.inc.php3.
how can I create this $stduser, and which rights he have to have.

Want to use this entry :
$cfgServers[1]['stduser'] = 'which';             // MySQL standard user
(only needed with advanced auth)

am very new to php and mysql and just in time, the more docs I read, the
more fog I see.

As which user I have to create this mysql-'stduser' and how looks the
command ?
Which other entries are important to getting started ?
