Would like to be part of GSOC 2009 PHP team

Hi,
I would like to to join GSOC 2009.
My name is Josef Simanek (19), live in Prague - Czech republic.
I'm interested in two projects mentioned on wiki GSOC 2009 ideas list :
1. project PHP/PECL Build Bot where possible mentor is Elizabeth M
Smith (i tried to send email, but daemon send me mail back with error
: no such account).
2. project Bug Tracker Improvements where possible mentor is Philip
Olson (email sent without problems, waiting for response)

I have lot of experiences (please don't be scared with my age) not
only with PHP. My reason for writing this (and why I'm trying to join
GSOC 2009) is to join some open source community, because i like main
open source thought.
