Dear Madam or Sir,

A few minutes ago, I finished translating the required parts and the first chapter 'Installing PHP-GTK 2' into German, after having worked for several hours last night and today. Now, I found out, that just a few hours ago you already translated exactly these files.
I literally wasted my time, while intending to contribute to the great PHP-GTK 2 extension and its manual. Translating the manual should be organized in a better way. I would still like to translate parts of it, but I also want to prevent that work will be done twice. It should be visible to everybody that someone is already translating a certain chapter.
