Poll regarding #php-gtk IRC logging

Hello,

I have recently set up a bot working with php-gtk.eu to help users on the 
php-gtk IRC channel. Apart from its help functions (direct links to API 
reference pages), it can also log the channel, thus providing possibly 
helpful historic information about PHP-GTK chats.

However, recent events regarding logging by other persons on other channels, 
presumably with other purposes too, have disturbed these channels, with some 
IRC users being wary of having their chats remain logged indefinitely.

So, in order to make the "right" choice regarding such logging publication, 
I've set up a poll so we can have a feeling of what the majority 
expectations are regarding such log publication.
