Broken resources on gtk.php.net

The two pages linked to at the bottom of the resources pages at 
http://gtk.php.net/resources.php appear to be currently broken:

- the doc coverage analysis stopped on 2007-11-05
- the code code coverage analysis stopped on 2007-02-06

The "application" link on top of gtk.php.net pages points to
http://gtk.php.net/apps/

which is an empty section of the site, after the spam attacks some years 
ago. It might be better to:
- either remove them to avoid remarks such as the one seen recently to the 
effect that there were no php-gtk apps
- or directly link to the rebuilt apps section at http://php-gtk.eu/apps 
which includes most of the apps previously registered on gtk.php.net before 
it got hacked, along with many new ones. In the same vein, php-gtk.eu and 
its bot currently links seamlessly to gtk.php.net from its two topmost 
links, so it wouldn't be one-way only.

This would be helpful at least until the section is reactivated on the 
gtk.php.net (if it really needs to be, since we already have such a working 
section at the URL mentioned earlier).
