GtkCellEditable_editing_done undeclared

Hallo,

I am trying to compile php-gtk-2.0.1 under RH EL5 with php-5.1.6,
gtk+-1.2.10, gcc-4.1.2 and autoconf-2.59. Configure doesn't believe
that I have libglade2-2.6.0 installed, but that could be due to
some strangeness of the RH setup. A REAL problem is that "make" dies
with the errors of type...

ext/gtk+/gen_gtk.c:1865: error: 'GtkCellEditable_editing_done'
                         undeclared here (not in a function)
ext/gtk+/gen_gtk.c:1865: error: initializer element is not constant
ext/gtk+/gen_gtk.c:1865: error: (near initialization for
                         'gtkcelleditable_methods[0].handler')

This is repeated for another 105 symbols continuing with
GtkCellEditable_remove_widget and finishing with
GtkTreeSortable_sort_column_changed.

Since php-gtk-2.0.1 is now almost one year old and I do not think
that I am a first person compiling it under RH EL5, my question is
"does anybody know what's wrong here?"
