PHP 4.3.10 compile error on "zend_error" function!

Greets,

I am trying to install the new php 4.3.10 (currently using php 4.3.8
fine)... and 'make' is throwing me this error no matter what configuration
settings I try and adjust:

/packages/php-4.3.10/Zend/zend.c: In function `zend_error':
/packages/php-4.3.10/Zend/zend.c:776: incompatible types in assignment

I tried doing a search on many sites, and even google... Why am I the only
one with this problem? And why did it all of a sudden start now with version
4.3.10? Grr.

I don't run the Zend optimizer (yet), and I doubt that is the problem, since
that is something you install AFTER php is installed and running... I tried
adding "--disable-inline-optimization" to the configure line, but that
didn't help.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
