On a side note: please do not redistribute these binaries.  The tags are
preliminary (and might change) until the official release, but the
reported version already would be `PHP 7.0.0beta3`.  This could lead to
confusion.  You're probably aware of that, but at least for others it
seems worthwhile to be mentioned.
