Why should they? None of them are involved in the Windows builds
process. It is an snaps box, not a custom server open to everyone.
There is enough people with access to take care of it in a sane and
safe way.

That's when we noticed the difference between VC6 Enterprise and a
standard edition. Why? Because we installed the new snap box using a
standard edition. After some investigations (thanks Garrett), we
figured out that VC6 standard was the cause of the slow down. VC6
Enterprise, which has the exact same version numbers than the standard
version, produces faster binaries. We reinstall the box with the
Enterprise version, the exact same version used on the old snap box.
