I didnt know what the status of it or all the details of how it was to work (I knew basics, enough to satisfy me but didn't pay more attention to it as I had other things to work on) . Also why I could only give you partial details of why the build shouldn't just totally fail. I only remember certain bits and pieces from you and Elizabeth, and also thought this wasn't something that was going to be rushed into the 5.3 tree. I want to make sure that it will be providing functionality that I am looking for - I want configure to fail but only after having checked everything so i can get a summary of the problems. Rob
