I support execute <[email protected]>, our desire to translate our 
informal mirror in the status official ?????????? unsatisfactory 
parameters of work of two official mirrors in our country (and the main 
just and works slowly all).

If it is final, there is no other way to maintain of an official mirror 
then, of course, I ask to include me in the waiting list for Ukraine.

But, can it makes sense to modify rules?

After all actually, as I already wrote to dispatch, the mirror status 
does not creates additional loading of a network infrastructure. On the 
other hand, if the aforesaid is wrong, I make the offer on maintenance 
of project PHP.net by a hardware infrastructure (servers etc.) with 
management of the main maintainers.

Many people, writing or administering projects, based on PHP.net, would 
like to help the project.

It is not necessary to reject their help?
