Hello,
My name is Radoslaw Kunicki and I am webdeveloper in the University of 
Economy in Bydgoszcz, Poland (WyÂższa SzkoÂła Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy).
We are advancing in IT education sector and Technological Faculty is our 
one of the most important activities.

We are interested in creating php.net mirror on our servers (that will 
be the second mirror for Poland, because there is only one for our country).
Prior, we have several questions which we would like to ask.

1) What are Your requirements in bandwith (and other requirements)?
2) Do You know how big is real transfer per day for that class of 
secondary servers in middle-size countries?
3) Do You allow to promote our partneship by inserting buttons to this 
occasion (with links to php.net) on our websites?
