    Anders,

    Some suggestions provided by Hannes ([email protected]) follow:

        * Check that your error handler is properly setup.  That is
how the short lookup redirects work.
        * Try restarting Apache on that machine now to see if the
problems are resolved.

    If you continue to have problems and can't figure out what may be
wrong, and should you like, you can contact me privately and directly
(off-list) and provide me with the login for your server and I will go
in and correct the issues.
