Philip,
Since 26 September, 2008, ch2.php.net has been marked for
automatic deactivation due to the "var handler" issues. Due to the
elapsed time, I have manually disabled your mirror, pending your
response. Please address these issues at your earliest convenience as
noted at the following link:

Also, later this month I will be working with official mirror
maintainers such as yourself who do not yet have SQLite installed
and/or enabled on their mirrors. Our goal is to have 100% of the
mirrors running PHP5 with SQLite by the end of January, 2009. As
such, if you were to install and enable SQLite at the same time as you
are addressing the above-mentioned issue, there will be no need for
you to perform the maintenance later in the month.
