Today (June 1, 2012)  I added in my mirror the ServerAlias entry 
'br1.php.net'

About rsync address for synchronization I'm using the 
americas.rsync.php.net.

In few weeks we will update the another mirror.

Could you check again if configuration is correctly , with the 
requisites to the mirror and reply this email ?
