I don't think that we are looking for another UK mirror at the moment, but
we will keep in mind that your server can be used for this purpose (in
which case ofc. we would list it on the mirrors page).
We also have a waiting list which you can fill out if you like:
http://php.parasane.net/mirrors/waitinglist.php

But now I realized that you also provide the host which runs
http://docs.php.net/ which is semi-official mirror, used by the
documentation team to test and verify the documentation before we update it
on the official site and mirrors.
We don't really want to list that on the mirrors page, because it isn't
really intended for the public use (the docs can be broken and stuff), but
wanted to mention that.
