Hi Ferenc,

 

Following three sites are hosted on our server and UK mirror would be the 4th site. I understand that currently you don’t need a 2nd mirror for UK but as you already have our server which can be used to host the mirror site. I would request you to get the second mirror up for UK so that we secure a position on the mirrors page.

From exposure perspective, the mirror page looks quite popular than the /thanks.php page. There are multiple mirrors hosted in one country. Can you use the same server to host the UK mirror?

I don't think that we are looking for another UK mirror at the moment, but we will keep in mind that your server can be used for this purpose (in which case ofc. we would list it on the mirrors page).

We also have a waiting list which you can fill out if you like: http://php.parasane.net/mirrors/waitinglist.php

 

But now I realized that you also provide the host which runs http://docs.php.net/ which is semi-official mirror, used by the documentation team to test and verify the documentation before we update it on the official site and mirrors.

We don't really want to list that on the mirrors page, because it isn't really intended for the public use (the docs can be broken and stuff), but wanted to mention that.
