Second Belgian mirror

Hi,

My employer, Tigron bvba, would like to offer a second Belgian mirror
for php.net. Currently, http://be.php.net/ seems to be unreachable
because of an issue with the only operational Belgian mirror
(be2.php.net).

Information about the sponsor:

Tigron is an internet service provider operating from Brussels,
Belgium. We offer managed and unmanaged services, including shared
hosting, co-location, network connectivity, e-mail services and others.

The mirror has already been configured and is synchronizing every 6
hours from europe.rsync.php.net. This rate can be increased if it should
become an official mirror.
