All layout parts are missing and there might be other issues. Is it possible to remove current used site and resync it from europe.rsync.php.net? (I host that one and it is also used for nl1.php.net, also hosted by us.) Below you can find a traceroute: traceroute to be2.php.net (194.50.97.34), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets 1 10.203.160.1 (10.203.160.1) 5.122 ms 5.627 ms 5.717 ms 2 hgl-rc0001-ds102-vl202.core.as9143.net (213.51.137.161) 6.381 ms 6.478 ms 6.685 ms 3 hgl-rc0001-ds101-vl200.core.as9143.net (213.51.158.224) 13.490 ms 13.568 ms 13.649 ms 4 zl-rc0001-cr101-ae3-0.core.as9143.net (213.51.158.125) 8.452 ms 8.479 ms 8.488 ms 5 asd-tr0042-cr101-ae3-0.core.as9143.net (213.51.158.100) 12.795 ms 12.819 ms 12.676 ms 6 xe-8-1-0.edge3.Amsterdam1.Level3.net (212.72.33.213) 12.562 ms 12.077 ms 11.022 ms 7 ae-231-3607.edge4.Amsterdam1.Level3.net (4.69.162.201) 11.290 ms ae-232-3608.edge4.Amsterdam1.Level3.net (4.69.162.205) 13.009 ms ae-121-3507.edge4.Amsterdam1.Level3.net (4.69.162.185) 13.018 ms 8 gblx-level3-ae.amsterdam1.Level3.net (4.68.110.198) 23.594 ms 23.563 ms 13.130 ms 9 firstlink-networks-bvba.ae4.ar9.ams2.gblx.net (159.63.54.114) 17.038 ms 17.049 ms 17.930 ms 10 194.50.97.34 (194.50.97.34) 17.468 ms 17.399 ms 17.415 ms I've already asked if someone with nlnog ring access can test it and provide details to me so I can provide them to you to see what the issue could be.
