Re: Second Belgian mirror

Turns out that your mirror should be configured in a way that 
gethostname() reports the exact hostname it's known as in the mirror 
list, in our case be2.php.net. Ours was reporting be.php.net (we had 
be2.php.net and php.cu.be as aliases), which was incorrect.
http://status.php.net incorrectly reported our mirror was out of date, 
which is rather confusing ofcourse.
