Re: cl1.php.net Disabled

Hi,

The "|stale" in the failure message just denotes which part of the mirror
test script failed, it's not a URL that was requested.

In this case, cl.php.net/mirror-info currently states that it was last
updated at 1436260347 (which is 2015-07-07 09:12:27 UTC).

The mirror-test script (responsible for the failure message) checks that
the last updated time from mirror-info is less than 6 hours ago [1]. When
the failure email was sent, the last updated timestamp must have been older
than 6 hours. Everything looks okay now.
