Below are the details of our mirror:

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Sync schedule: Every 6 hrs
Bandwidth: 100Mbps CIR, 1Gbps PIR
Connectivity: We currently use Telstra (AS4637) as our transit provider who
connects directly to many other Phillipines networks. Within the next
couple of months we will also be present at PHOpenIX in Manila, gathering
most other ISPs.
*Local Stats Supported:* No

Currently I setup a vhost for the PHP but it is not available for public
yet. It can be access by editing the */etc/hosts* file and add our PHP
hostname:
43.226.6.74     php.mirror.rise.ph

Then, it can be access in http://php.mirror.rise.ph.
