Hi Philip,

Thank you. Will be watching once DNS propagates. Looking at some of the
other mirror sites including us3.php.net, it references the css to their
us3.php.net domain as well, so this should resolve.

The primary contact can be switched to me, I have been handling any mirror
related issues for Chris.
