Hi Brad,

Looks like DNS propagated although the following each shows the root
home page instead of the PHP manual:

  http://us1.php.net/manual/en/
  http://us1.php.net/manual/fr/
  http://us1.php.net/manual/

This was reported here:

  https://bugs.php.net/74644

Granted folks focused on https:// vs http:// in that bug but I suspect =
that=20
was a bit of a red herring.

The documentation pages themselves seem to work fine, though:

  http://us1.php.net/manual/en/function.strlen.php
  http://us1.php.net/manual/fr/function.strlen.php

As for the CSS references, interesting, I wonder why some mirrors do it=20=

differently than others. *shrug*

Regards,
Philip
