We've had this discussion before. The key point is that you do not  
understand the respective passage (and it seems to me that you don't  
have any interesting in understanding it either), but still think  
you're qualified enough to tell people that this CLA is evil.  
Ironically, you do this in the same email where you admit that you  
don't know what you are talking about because you didn't understand  
it. Sounds kinda weird to me.
