Well I talked to many people who signed it and few knew what they had signed. I put both representatives from Zend and eZ on the spot in Frankfurt and neither of them could really explain the CLA to me, especially in regards to patents. None of them are lawyers and neither am I. So most people just sign this thing because they assume that neither Zend nor eZ would ask them to sign something questionable. Lets not call this "stupid", but it definitely qualifies as "naiv". regards, Lukas
