Re: [PEAR-DEV] Input on deprecating PSR-0

I see it solely as a "modernization nudge" for new projects that need to
choose a way to structure their code for autoloading, it being a "strong
suggestion" to look at PSR4 first before considering PSR0.  Nothing really
changes about an existing project promoting itself as "PSR-0 compliant".
