PSR-4 looks like a better solution for heterogeneous projects pulling packages from multiple sources (git, tar, pear, composer). In that context, I'm happy to vote in favour of suggesting PSR-4 over PSR-0 on the php fig site. Would this have any impact on the PEAR project? AFAIK, we are recommending a PRS-0 structure for packages.
