Re: [PEAR] Create a new release of HTML_Template_IT

Hello,

Sorry to bother you again but I haven't received an answer.

I should have mentioned that PR #15 
(https://github.com/pear/HTML_Template_IT/pull/15) drops support for PHP 
5.6 and requires a more modern version of PHP Unit.

Also, I took some time to look at GitHub actions and I think it's not 
hard to convert Travis CI to Github actions. I can open a PR for that 
but given the previous comment, it would be better to first merge PR #15.
