Taking over Net_DNS

Hi,

I'm interested in taking over the maintenance of the Net_DNS package.
I've been working with this package on a project recently, extended it
with support for LOC records, and I'd like to submit my patch back.
Personally, I'm a part time grad student, full time code monkey. I've
worked with several OS projects before, including WikiTrust
(wikitrust.soe.ucsc.edu) and Ushahidi (ushahidi.com).
