I have some questions:

  1. I want to maintain a orphaned package (not only apply patches of
fix some bugs), i can add me as leader, or better fix the bugs as QA
member??
  2. when a package is orphaned i d need to ask anybody to fix bugs??
  3. On orphaned packages QA members act as leaders?? close
fixed/bogus bugs, apply patches, etc??
