PHP_CompatInfo package status

Hello

I don't know status of Mikhail (no new since my last contact on Dec 
8th), perharps he is on winter holidays.

Just to let you know, that even if I've reactivated my active leader 
status, this is not to work on branch 1.x of PHP_CompatInfo.

Since three full weeks now, I've begin to rewrites a new major version 2 
with PHP5.

My work has reached a BETA status, but need again some work before to 
open it to public audience.

Year 2011, should be come back of PHP_CompatInfo (for those who are 
waiting a new version).
