I'd rather not give you immediate karma for Math_BinaryUtils but like
to see some patches from your first.

Please do it the following way:
- Take some bugs/feature requests and implement them. Attach the
  patches to the reports and notify us on the pear-dev list that there
  are patches waiting for review
- We review the patches, and if you've proven to provide good patches,
  you'll get karma and be the maintainer.
