Application for Maintainer of Text_Statistics

Greetings,

I note that there is no current maintainer of the Text_Statistics module
in PEAR. I use this module for some text processing routines which I'm
developing for my research in reading. I posted the most recent bug and
proposed a solution. I would be happy to volunteer as a Maintainer for
this module.
