As much as I like Github, I'm of the opinion that everything should be
in one location.  Splitting things leads to confusion.  Or, at least,
I'm confused.  Are commits to Github brought back into svn.php.net?  If
so, is it automated?  If not, it adds more work and opportunities for error.

You have karma on pear_avail, so can add a line for pear/qa, eg:
avail|danielc|pear/qa
