Hi Robin, I've pushed the code onto github. Perhaps the best way to get into the swing of things would be to submit a few fixes for open bugs or issues. There's some listed here, http://pear.php.net/bugs/search.php?cmd=display&package_name[]=HTML_Template_Sigma&status=OpenFeedback&bug_type=Bugs .. but I'm sure you have your own improvements.
