HTTP_Upload Package

To all,

My name is Eric J., I have been PHP developer for about 4 years, and I
haven't ever contributed back to any project.  So as a goal for 2013,
I would like to contribute to a PHP project, and hopefully, become a
better developer.

I use the HTTP_Upload Package on a project at work and have noticed a
few runtime errors.  I would like to contribute back to that project
suggesting fixes, but this package isn't on GitHub.

But before I ask that project to be moved to GitHub, I would like to
know if this package has a future?  Would it be something useful for
others?

If this package has a future, would you please move it to GitHub so I
can fork it.
