Hi Vilius,

PEAR packages are now all hosted on GitHub, which makes contributing really
easy. You can fork the package at
https://github.com/pear/Structures_Graphand start making improvements.
Once you have made some improvements, open
up a pull request and other PEAR contributers can review your changes and
give feedback. Once you have contributed a few changes, you can officially
take over the package. If you have ideas you'd like to discuss before
writing any code, feel free to bring them up on the pear-dev mailing.
