Pear user modification request

Hi,

I was an old time PEAR contributor (https://pear.php.net/user/cox) and PEAR
Group member (https://pear.php.net/group/archive.php).

I'd like to update my [email protected] alias and contact details, also link my
past contributions to my new github account (https://github.com/tvvcox).

For example if it's possible that commits done at
https://github.com/pear/Net_IRC/commits/trunk could link to my github
account.

Problem is my old emails are no longer accessible such as [email protected]
[email protected]. My working email is now [email protected].

Other than that, would like to take the chance to congratulate you all for
the great work you've done and reaching >100M downloads!
