Taking over XML_RPC2

Hello,

My name is Florin - Iulian Asavoaie, I am mostly a System Administrator and
Architect but I am writing a lot of code too (mostly PHP). I've been
writing PHP code since 2005 and I used many modules from the PEAR
repository.

At the moment I am working on a Xen API implementation for PHP (that I
would also like to submit into PEAR at the right moment) and I would love
to use the XML_RPC2 pear module. Since this module is not maintained by
anyone and I see that there are several open bugs and/or requests and I
also require a small feature to be added (I need to be able to have an
option that sets the behavior on how empty arrays are converted to XMLRPC
types), I am open to take over the project and maintain it.
