Taking over unmaintained package Image_Text

Hello,

after maintaining now the Text_CAPTCHA package i want to request also
taking over the Image_Text package, because i need some fixes from that
package and the actual github codebase is in an invalid state (package.xml
is bad). And because Text_CAPTCHA is the only package that uses Image_Text
i would really maintain also this one.
