Takeover pear package Image_GraphViz

Dear QA team members,

I am Abby, a 29-year-old PHP programmer in Hong Kong.

I would like to pick up Image_GraphViz and commit new code for new PHP
version of this package.
It is useful in my current development on a finance website and little
modifications are made for it compatibility to new PHP and would like
to take care its upcoming conflicts.
