Hello,

Let me quickly introduce myself. I am Areeb, a freelance developer from
United Kingdom with around 3 years experience developing PHP applications
and websites. Honestly, I've been using HTTP_Download for a quite bit time
and it's a shame that the project is without a maintainer. Therefore, I'd
like to take the charge over this project.

I plan to maintain the project, look into the code, pass on the updates and
keep the project alive.
