I've setup test.pear.php.net and jenkins on it, but jenkins fails to
run with the "Github Commiter Authorization Strategy" for some reason.

Apart from that, ie.pear.php.net (mirror) is running there, replacing
the us2.pear.php.net mirror.

DNS update will be made soon.

/home directories were copied, /etc is still available bzipped. So from
my side we can turn the old test.pear.php.net off.

Any objections?
