I disagree. PEAR is not a dumping ground; it's a place for well-designed, 
consistent code. That's the root of my resistance to the phplib migration; the 
idea comes up, and all of a sudden people want to dump things in wholesale, or 
throw out the work we've done on design/consistency to make things look like 
phplib. I'm going to keep resisting that.
