You are wrong.

Horde is:

- a project
- a group of people
- an API - auth, preferences, browser detection, etc. - used for building apps
- a collection of apps that use that API and are also consistent in terms of 
  coding practice/ui/etc.

I've already contributed a few pieces of the API - the Log:: classes, 
HTTP/Compress - to PEAR.
