Missing function?

Hi all,

I'm getting this error with the latest DB/oci8.php file:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: assertextension() in
DB/oci8.php on line 87

... and, sure enough, I can't seem to find this function in any of the
relevant (latest CVS) files (though I've only tried PEAR.php, DB.php
and common.php). Anyone know where it is?
